Congress should impeach Bob Barr

The first step should be and pitching Bob Barr for not doing his job. It is clear he lied about the Mueller report. That would be enough for Congress to hire him.

ah hell why stop there nut**bag,

why don't we just impeach them all, anyone you don't like just make us a list

Garud is simply running another of his parrot threads. He parrots what his masters demand of him, then runs away when asked to back up his claims.

I gave you two lies.

Barr's 4 page summary of the Mueller report is also a lie. The summary that Mueller references in his March 27 letter to Barr. The one Barr conveniently forgot with a couple of weeks.

Here's the lie. "Evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."

That's a lie. Mueller outlined 10 instances of obstruction. There was no charge of a crime or indictment because he was prohibited from doing so. 900 former federal prosecutors indicate they are prosecutable save for him being a sitting President. The evidence is sufficient.

where is the evidence barr lied? didn't the democrats have multiple opportunities to ask him questions under oath?

Barr received two letters from Robert Mueller about his characterization of the report.

Both letters sent in March. Here is the one from March 27th.

On April 20th, Barr testified under oath that he had not received any communication from Mueller about his characterization of Mueller's report.

So on April 20th, 2019, The Attorney General of the United States lied to Congress.

You guys are still inventing crimes that never occurred and still pretending people are guilty until proven innocent, fascists.

They did ask him questions under oath. And he lied.

Note with interest AG Barr’s 4/10 Senate testimony. “Q: Did Bob Mueller support your conclusion? A: I don’t know whether Bob Mueller supported my conclusion.”

Now it appears that Mueller objected in his 3/27 letter.

"On April 9, Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Fla., asked Barr if he knew the basis of reports that members of the special counsel's team were “frustrated” by his decision to release a four-page summary of the Mueller report, rather than the summaries the special counsel had prepared for that purpose. Barr responded, “No, I don’t.”

That was false. In a letter that became public only this week, we now know that Mueller wrote the attorney general on March 27, two days after Barr’s four-page summary, to ask that he release the executive summaries that Mueller’s team had already prepared for the public, and to complain that the letter from Barr failed to capture the “context, nature, and substance” of his work and conclusions and had caused “public confusion about critical aspects” of the investigation. And yet Barr’s answer to a simple question from a member of Congress was to act as if Mueller had never communicated these serious objections."
I was stunned when he said he would not release the notes of their conversation on the report and Barr’s characterization.

what did he lie about?

You keep saying that, but provide no evidence. Just like a liberal lemming.

It would be easier to explain what Barr didn't lie about!

Mueller said the Justice department failed to investigate the president for crimes- SINCE OLC OPINIONS CONVINCVED HIM THAT A SITTING PRESIDENT CANNOT BE INDICTED FOR A CRIME.

Well, Congress does not use OLC opinions to determine whether a president can be indicted or not- and they can indict a president.

So where our Justice department fails to do their job for political reasons because of their own internal confusion, Congress will continue to subpoena the president for evidence and indict him as they deem necessary, as there is nothing in the Constitution that says a sitting president may not be indicted.

Donald Trump is about to get his ass impeached! LOL! And it is about time. Should have already happened!

And BTW- FUCK OLC opinion from now on!

Because the OLC is fucking unethical and wrong!

No MOTHERFUCKER in this country is above the law! Most especially MOTHERFUCKING CROOKS and LIARS like Donald Trump!

...except Mueller admitted letter was accurate.

Point out my errors or STFU pussy boy! LOL!

1) You simply proclaimed Barr lied, just like others, without evidence

2) Mueller was given the chance to review Barr's summary, he chose not to.

3) Barr did not misrepresent the report or Mueller's conclusion. Mueller did not disagree that Barr was accurate in his comments. Mueller simply wanted more of the report released to give it the context he wanted.

Mueller said Barr lied- I didn't have to! Barr did misrepresent what was in the report.

And Mueller said today, that he was surprised that Barr released most of the report, and complimented him for doing so- so you are wrong about that as well!

Jesus Christ you are a STUPIDFREAK! May we just call you that from now on? LOL!

How about SuperStupid for short?
