Whose fundamental rights?

still need a cite. USSC case maybe?Financial, drug, and human trafficking with entities in the US, or against US citizens. These are all crimes where'd indictments can occur against non citizens and persons who have never been here
I do not know of an enumerated right to self-defense, we do however have constitutionally protected rights to bear arms.

Which Bible verse gives us the right to bear arms? Be specific, I'm not talking about self-defense but about guns.
I'm don't want to sound mean.....but have you even been diagnosed as a bit slow....guns and the bible ?...really ?

Poor Jarhead......don't understand the 2nd, 4th or 9th Amendments....totally clueless....
The Supreme Court has spoken of a right of self-defense within one's home as if it were a clearly established right. Its decision in 2008 in District of Columbia v. Heller, recognizing a personal right to have a gun under the Second Amendment, said that such a weapon could be used "for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home."
And, in what is widely regarded as a compelling scholarly argument for self-defense as a constitutional right, Fordham law professor Nicholas J. Johnson declared confidently in a 2009 law review article: "While the stickler might quibble about the fashion in which it has been recognized, the ancient right of self-defense is in the first echelon of fundamental constitutional rights essential to 'liberty,' first among the [unenumerated] rights protected by the Ninth Amendment, and at the core of a proper understanding of the Second Amendment."

You will say the "self defense' isn't in the Constitution.....note, abortion isn't mentioned either
She runs circles around you, so if she is slow, you are at a stand still.[/QUOTE
I guess you will want something from the Bible that mentions atomic bombs or the moon landing next.....you pinheads are completely out of control with insane rhetoric...
Non-enumerated rights do exist. Never said they don't.

Have you ever heard of Manuel Noriega...
Maybe Richard Reid?
Both men convicted of crimes committed completely outside the United States.
If you are interested in this topic and Constitutional jurisdiction, I suggest you get a book and read it before speaking further on the topic. You are making a fool of yourself.
But you've never heard of the one known as self defense, is that it ?
Noriega was indicted on drug trafficking charges in Miami, Florida
Reid committed a crime on a US Airliner....
