Senator Leahy (D-VT) should be the poster boy for Term Limits.
Previously I was impressed by both Graham and Feinstein, more so by Graham.
Graham is an idiot, another Senator who needs to retire if he isn’t retired by Jamie Harrison. I think most of the Republican Senators are past their due dates.

Disagreed. She's a straight shooter. Trump picked her for political reasons, but that's not her fault. Trump picked her because, in his delusional world, he thought she was someone he could dominate and read her mind. So is Dick Durbin, but the polls have him 10 points ahead....probably in part due to the Trump Effect.
Durbin is blaming guns for the actions of his own constituents. He's blaming gang violence not on city leaders, but on inanimate objects.

What will go down in history, is the Republicans will uses their power to grab another seat on the Supreme Court in less than two weeks away from an election.
And this will establish a precedent that will come back to haunt the Republicans given time. Because what power grabs are good for the Republicans are also good for the Democrats.
Power grab #1 for the Democrats when they take back the senate and the executive branch, is to instill term limits on all public offices- including Congress and the Judicial branch.
The idea that, the rules that apply to the executive powers allowing a president to nominate a justice nominee to the Supreme Court during an upcoming election, after the voting is already in progress seems to be different for Republicans than it is for the Democrats. as the Senate Leader makes the rules up as he goes.
So, therefore, POWER GRAB #2 by a newly elected Senate Majority can legislate new laws to make the rules the same for Democrats and Republicans for all upcoming presidents that take office by establishing a cutoff date for nominating Justices to the Supreme Court during an election year.
IN FACT, THERE ARE A WHOLE LOT OF POWER GRABBING THAT WILL OCCUR, DURING THE NEXT FOUR YEARS NO MATTER WHO IS ELECTED.
