Barrett was interviewed with 3 things in mind. She would back Trump in an election case. She would toss out Roe. She would end the ACA. Trump said he had that in mind with a selection. It seems pretty clear what she will do. In order to get the seat she will lie all the way. Oh, I'm have not made up my mind. Ignore all my writings and speeches.

I don’t agree with all of Judge Amy’s personal views, but I have no doubt she’ll follow both the law and the ethics of her profession as a Judge and, if confirmed, as a Justice.

The surprise in 2022 will be because it’s very unlikely she will “help” over turn them because they won’t be for reasons being detailed in the confirmation. Namely: it has to come up to the Supreme Court. Cases that do come up are often very narrow in scope, not broad rulings.
Consider ACA and the “tax” issue. Let’s say that comes up and it’s ruled against ACA. Do you really think the Republicans are going to say “Yayyyy!” and repeal Obamacare? They know they can’t do it because they have no replacement for it. What such a ruling would do is simply bounce it to Congress to fix. What is the Republican fix?? Even they don’t know.
Besides, consider that the Senate will probably be more Democrat if not being run by Democrats in 2021. Consider that the House will remain Democrat and consider that Biden (then Harris) will be President. Justice will be done even if it’s slow in coming.
