The Constitution opposed direct taxation aka income tax. However that was remedied by the 16th Amendment after numerous attempts by the Congress to do so were shot down by the Supreme Court. You would do better to know your history and not the made up shit you learned from union run public schools.

Since no one was shot, you statement is a strawman; but an answer would be:

No; you would not have infringed on their freedom of speech, by shooting them.
You would have infringed on their right to live; because we have no right to kill someone, unless it falls within the parameters set forth by society.
