Comey case VERY likely to be dismissed.

The Department of Justice made so many mistakes and the procurement of the indictment against Comi, that case is very likely to get dismissed. Such a dismissal is very rare in the federal system, however, such incompetence historically has been very rare with the Department of Justice.

If it happens, the Trumper will scream that it was the deep state and liberal judges.

Make me wonder if the legal experts knew the case was crap and indicted him anyway so they could complain about the deep state.

Is he innocent?

Is he innocent?
I don’t know, I suspect we will never get to the evidence.

I think the evidence, unless there’s something I don’t know about, is way to tenuous for a conviction to be likely.

From what I can see the confirming comments he made to Congress, for which he is indicted for, we’re not specifically related to the pryor comments which are alleged to have been a lie.

Then if there's any question , the chargers should not be dropped.... If he's innocent, you would think he would want to be proven to be so... That would show them...

Great minds think alike.

No, you would just say it was a liberal jury.

As a practical matter, you want any case against you dismissed any way possible when that happens, you are legally innocent.

After the case has been dismissed, you can argue your non-legal innocence in other ways.

Do you think he's innocent?

No career prosecutor would take the case against comey so trump and bondi had to go hire a "stooge" Lindsday Halligan an insurance lawyer with zero prosecutorial experience.

The Grand Jury only indicted 2 of the 3 charges - which is rare.

So many procedural mistakes by Halligan - she's getting laughed out of court.

Do you understand that how our system of jurisprudence works? Before you answer - you'd better know - remember you claim to have been a teacher.

So here you go: In America's system of justice - what is the assumption of the status of every defendant prior to trial or conviction/non-conviction?

A teacher would know the answer.

I’ll be surprised if it isn’t. The question is, will he seek relief for the unconstitutional prosecution?

In criminal law, there is no such thing as innocent. One is either guilty or not guilty.

Stop exposing your ignorance. We’ll all be better off.

I’m almost certain he will. Why would you expose yourself to the whims of a jury if you don’t have to?

Jerry usually get it right but a significant Number of them do not.

If you're innocent why not? Let there
Be no question at all...

Trump poisoned the case by directly ordering his AG to indict Comey.

That's Soviet Communist bullshit.
