Colorado woman faces no jail time for statutory rape, pregnancy by 13-year-old boy

Alright, so what about your having been a 15 year old American boy made you think that I wasn't one?

I spent most of my time growing up in Canada.
Because of your statement. I both bolded and colored the font. Don't you recall your own words?

No shit. You're a foreigner. I picked up on that the first day you posted and then you thread banned me off all your threads. Of course, you're a fucking canuck. LOL

This thread is still on page one. Whooda thunk it?

Are we still trying to compare early adolescent boys to early adolescent girls
just because the law understandably has to be gender consistent?

I don't understand. It's like almost everybody I know in the actual world
sees it one way
while the JPP forum and the cyber world
perceives human nature in a completely alternate way.

When I was a little older, it was different. Friendly flirting aside, sexual attractiveness wasn't the sole factor.
I never had interest in sharing physical intimacy with somebody whose company I didn't highly value outside of bed.

But as a boy of thirteen, when it was all new and the hormones were starting to explode?
If my eighth grade teacher tried to seduce me, I would not only have jumped on those big melons, but I would have felt anything but abused for having done so,
either then or now in retrospect. Truth be told, I even routinely imagined doing it as did every other boy in the class as far as I could tell.
She seemed to regularly wear tight sweaters over those things for the very purpose of entertaining us.
Green was her best sweater color because she had hair the color of a new penny.
I'm remembering this from 1959/1960, by the way.

OK, ladies, was it the same for you as a little girl? C'mon, come clean. No pun intended, honestly.

Nifty's revelation didn't strike me as bragging, just as stating something that he felt as a boy himself. I myself freely admit that I also would have loved to have had more sexual interactions as a minor, both with females that were my age at the time as well as adult females. As I've made clear in post #82, just because I would have desired it doesn't mean I would have done it though. For those who don't want to read post 82, even as a kid I was aware that if an older female were to do something with me, they could get in trouble and so I actually declined putting myself in a position where an older female might have engaged in a sexual interaction in part to avoid them getting into trouble for it.

Proof you were never a 15-year-old American boy.

First of all, I'm curious how you came to the conclusion that I was never a 15-year-old American boy from the statement you bolded.

Because I used to be one.

I did, but I had a hard time believing that it was those words that you felt constituted proof that I couldn't be a 15 year old American boy. I actually "declined putting myself in a position where an older female might have engaged in a sexual interaction in part to avoid them getting into trouble for it" twice, as I outlined in post #82, and not when I was 15, but when I was 11. I admit that this is probably a rare trait for a boy that age, but I've been pretty concerned with morality since I was pretty young. I also had some sexual experiences when I was a fair amount younger still that taught me that doing 'sexual' things with females could lead to serious negative consequences.

I thread banned you because of a very specific thing you were doing. I wonder if you remember what it was.

I know its unfashionable and in some eyes sexist, but to me

THERE IS NO COMPARISON WHATSOEVER BETWEEN A THIRTY YEAR OLD GUY WITH A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL
and
A THIRTY YEAR OLD WOMAN WITH A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD BOY.

A 13-year-old boy gets high fives from his friends for scoring a thirty year old woman. Maybe even from his dad, who knows?
There's no similarity at all between the situations.

Why is it so impossible for us to get real?

That's an idiotic view. If some twat molested my son, I would beat her.

So you think it's okay if an adult molests a kid.

Of course not.

Understanding that the law had to be gender consistent,

I'll never think that a thirty-five-year-old woman and a thirteen-year-old boy

is the same as a thirty-five-year-old man and a thirteen-year-old girl.

Not even close. I was a thirteen-year-old boy only sixty-three years ago.
My female teacher couldn't have raped me if she wanted to,
but if she actually wanted to, she wouldn't have had to rape me.

I was also a boy. But I also recall the girls in my high school bragging about having sex with older men. It goes both ways. Just because a child likes having sex with adults doesn't make it okay.

Not proof, sweetie. Just my opinion that you're a Canadian with a feminine personality.

I was attracted to several female teachers of mine. I honestly don't know what I would have done if any of them had initiated a sexual interaction with me. The reason for that is the same reason that I declined 2 instances where a sexual interaction was likely with what I believe was a 17 year old female when I was 11- I suspect they'd probably get in trouble and since I was attracted to them, that's the last thing I wanted to happen to them.

Good points Nifty. At this point, I think I'll go further then I've gone in any of my other posts. The term molest, like the term rape, is a word I don't like using because it is too ambiguous. The American Heritage Dictionary defines it in a few ways, but I think the first 2 are the main issue here. Anyone who's been following this thread and posts from Nifty and me would know that 2 of these definitions can sometimes contradict each other. Here they are:

**
•To disturb, interfere with, or annoy.
•To subject (a child) to sexual contact.

If the child (more generally speaking an adolescent, which has distinct differences from a pre adolescent) is attracted to an adult and that adult were to initiate sexual contact, the only thing that might disturb said child is what the future consequences of that action might be. For instance, that they might get caught or that both he and his adult lover get caught or in the case of sexual intercourse, that they might have a baby or acquire an std. So the cause of the disturbance wouldn't be the act, but rather the consequences. Some of those consequences are purely societal- depending on the society it might actually work out. Even in the U.S., with all the restrictions on adult/minor contact, it sometimes has worked out to some extent anyway. Perhaps the best example is that of Mary Kay Letourneau and Fualaau. There are some distinct similarities between the case mentioned in the opening post of this thread and the case of Mary and Fualaau. The main difference is that case happened a long time ago and so we were given the opportunity to see how the lives of Mary and Fualaau turned out.

I commented on their case in the very first post I made in this thread, post #40. Quoting from said post:

**
Fualuaau was 12 during his first sexual encounter with Letourneau. The boy claimed to love the woman, and ended up having 2 kids with her. Letourneau was let off with only 3 months jail time the first time she was caught, but she served several years the second time. Once he was of age, Fualuaau married her and remained married with her for 14 years until their separation in 2019. As for the epilogue:

**
Letourneau died July 6, 2020, at her home in Des Moines, Washington from colorectal cancer. She was 58. Fualaau and her family were at her side despite their separation. In her will and testament, Letourneau left much of her estate to Fualaau.[72][73][74][75][76]

It sounds a lot like the story of Romeo and Juliet to me, with the main antagonist being societal values rather than warring families.
