156 says the same fucking thing that 80 and 91 say. You are wrong, yet you continue to try to justify child abuse and statutory abuse. Let it go. Rape is rape no matter how much you want to mansplain a 13-year-old's hard on.

Anyway, here's the punishments in Colorado for statutory rape in Colorado.

Sexual assault to knowingly inflicts sexual intrusion or sexual penetration on a victim (1) under age 15 if the actor is at least four years older or (2) at least 15 years old but less than 17 years old and the actor is at least 10 years older.

The former is punishable by two to six years' in prison and the latter by one to two years in prison

I have never committed a 12b violation. The fact that you need to slink into the shadows of the one rule that barely exists in this gutter forum is all the proof I need that you're finally embarrassed of yourself. I never said you commit child abuse, but you sure as hell have spent 5 days justifying and excusing it.
