A report that he hasn’t found anything wrong—is itself, a report. Yet Huber refuses to appear before congress and even give an update.

Maybe it’s because he’s done nothing worth talking about.

There’s conflicting reports: one is Huber was scheduled to testify on 12/5 and another report that he wasn’t called.

In either event, the fact is Huber *hasn’t testified* and it’s been a year since he was given the assignment.
