Science is not data. The chart is random numbers. Random numbers are not data.
Guessing is not measurement.
Radiometric dating over the dates you are suggesting is a fraud. We do not have sufficient data to produce a usable scale beyond just a few decades ago. It also depends on a constant 'salting' of source, rather than a variable source that it probably is (we don't know, and that cannot be measured either).

It is not possible to measure the temperature of 'the West' or of the SDTC. I live in Washington, and no one had to bundle up here for Halloween where I live. A storm came in the next day though, couldn't have time it better around here.

Radiometric dating was invented in 1905. That is not billions of years ago.
