Climate deniers are sweating their @sses off

Hey asswipe. you're an ignorant piece of human centric shit. The Phanerozoic covers the period of complex life on planet Earth.

Here’s your problem, fucktard. You have only a basic education. At best. Appalachian high school. Max

So, when you post a graph like that, you have no fucking clue what you’re looking at, much less interpret.

October was the hottest on record globally, 1.7 degrees Celsius (3.1 degrees Fahrenheit) warmer than the pre-industrial average for the month — and the fifth straight month with such a mark in what will now almost certainly be the warmest year ever recorded.

October was a whopping 0.4 degrees Celsius (0.7 degrees Fahrenheit) warmer than the previous record for the month in 2019, surprising even Samantha Burgess, deputy director of the Copernicus Climate Change Service, the European climate agency.

“The amount that we’re smashing records by is shocking,” Burgess said.

It isn't whether the planet is heating up or not that the debate is about, but rather what the cause is. The latest is that "science" is finding that cleaner, less polluted air, is contributing to warming...

In a paradox, cleaner air is now adding to global warming
Satellites capture fall in pollution that helps cool the planet

Cleaning Up Air Pollution May Strengthen Global Warming
New research is helping quantify just how big that effect might be

Oh, by the by... Your link doesn't work so I can't excoriate it properly.

Interesting how those southern red States sweated their asses off this summer, water temperatures reaching breaking point, and they still don’t give any even slight acknowledgment of climate change

Read lately how in a generation or so the population that migrated south will be moving back, especially when the boomers pass, largely because of weather and the availability of water

Poor anchovies, so you are predicting a population leaving tax advantaged states and rushing back to states where they pay 20% more in overall taxes, are not allowed to own certain appliances, and worry about being carjacked or killed while on their way to pick up groceries?

:bigthink:

The 400k years of Vostok ice core data shows that historically, interglacial periods are very brief. And fast temperature changes are normal.

You've done this before where you provided a graph that deceptively cut off the last 100 years of recent data. CO2 is somewhere near 420 ppm now, far exceeding any CO2 levels in the past 800 thousand years.

There weren't daily or monthly temperature records in the Mesozoic. The article is clearly and unambiguously about October temperature records.

I said the late Cenozoic, technically Holocene, but you wouldn't have known what that meant and would have to had googled.

Cavemen were able to scrabble out a hard living during the glacial periods of the Pleistocene.

Our civilization, our agriculture, our ecology, your lifeways are adapted and sustained by the temperate climates of this interglacial cycles.

Your demand to continue to pump out vast quantities of greenhouse gases, and experimentally recreate the climate of the Cretaceous is
scientifically ignorant, irresponsible, and reprehensible.

Putin loves the idea of some global warming

He’s got lots of frozen tundra

Life stripped carbon from the atmosphere and buried it in the ground. Mother nature created man to restore the carbon to the atmosphere from whence it came. Who made you god?

Science says you are a lying lump of shit remember

None of the realated fields agree with your political lies remember

what difference does it make now?......everyone knows it was too late to change things in 2000.........

Not true. The so called “tipping point” of no return keeps getting pushed back. In fact it always gets pushed back. Nothing to be concerned about. We’ll always have 12 more years. Always.

The deep south is projected to be hit particularly hard by the increasing frequency and severity of heat waves.

Climate deniers will be dropping of heat strokes while still claiming global warming is a hoax.

Any chance obama will be selling either of his two beachfront homes at a reasonable price?

Only until global cooling becomes the next crisis, then it gets pushed back 12 years in the other direction...

:bigthink:

Tax is exaggerated, and yes, especially younger people, who want stability and not the constant weather threats due to climate change, and if you want to go there, yes, heat

I love how you don't even deny that the actions of the climate denial lobby for the past three decades has ensured the deep south will get four months straight of triple digit heat.

The crime rates in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York state, Vermont are lower than Texas and the deep south on average.

The money you are going to spend running your AC nonstop for four months is probably about equal to the Connecticut taxes you would pay.
