Science is not something you 'believe in'. It simply is. Theories of science have gone beyond the simple circular argument that all theories start out as. It is the test of falsifiability that does this. As long as a theory can withstand tests designed to try to destroy it, and the tests are specific, and produce specific results, that theory is a theory of science.

Science is not a title. It is not a credential of any kind. It is a set of falsifiable theories.

I may go to a doctor, but not just any doctor. The title doesn't impress me. There are a lot of quacks out there. I go to doctors that stick to falsifiable theories in their practice.and that are certified by the medical board, which examines their techniques (and their use of science).

I not only drive them. I fix them. I use engineering principles that came out of falsifiable theories of science. I also fly, fix, design, and build aircraft. They too are done according to falsifiable theories of science and sound engineering principles and techniques.

All useful medication was developed using falsifiable theories, dude.

It takes a complete idiot to even suggest that MAN CAN CONTROL THE WEATHER. The better question is why are liberals so narcissistic as to suggest that man can actually effect the weather/climate and reduce the natural cyclical weather condition know as CLIMATE CHANGE? The weather has been changing since the beginning of time with the main factor that causes these cyclic conditions.....THE SUN.


There has been demonstrable Climate Changes over the eons....long before man even discovered fire.

You hear liberals bitching and whining about the climate.....but no one has presented evidence as to how man is going to actually control mother nature (other than to suggest that the naturally occurring element be subject to restrictive regulation, an element that is essential to all carbon based life on earth). But....what they are sure as hell to tell you is how they can control you and your politics while actually destroying any progress the 3rd world nations of the earth are making toward a better life. Why? Its the underdeveloped 3rd world peoples that actually depend upon those things liberal call destructive to the climate.
