The second law does not say a cold object cannot pass heat to a warmer object, it states that NET heat flow is always from warmer to colder. I'd try to explain this to you in a simple way but it's nearly midnight here and time for some shuteye.

It is not possible to trap heat, just as it is not possible to trap the current in a river. All you can do is reduce it or increase it. You can't trap it. It's also not possible to trap thermal energy. There is always heat.
Continue to fight it of course. Continue to show how the terms 'greenhouse gas', 'climate change', and 'global warming' are bullshit.

Australia is in the midst of an unrelenting, record-smashing heat wave that has left temperature maps so red the country looks like it’s on fire.
The country has hit highs exceeding 120°F (49°C) during the day. And New South Wales set a new record for all of Australia last week when nighttime temperatures never fell below 96.6°F (35.9°C).
The temperatures have been so brutal in South Australia, in fact, that heat-stressed bats are literally falling out of trees.

CO2 cannot reduce the rate of cooling. It is incapable of it. It is not an insulator. It does absorb infrared light, but this is just another way for the surface to cool itself as it heats the air. It cannot in turn heat the surface again. You ARE violating the 2nd law of thermodynamics.
Both blankets and greenhouses work by reducing heat. In the case of the blanket, it does not keep a rock or a dead body warm. The only reason YOU feel warm is because YOU are generating energy under that blanket. Blankets reduce heat. That means you are not losing as much thermal energy as you usually do in open air. You temperature does NOT increase. You are warm blooded. Your body temperature is still the same under the blanket. You just don't have to work so hard to maintain it.
Actual greenhouses work by reducing heat, specifically convective heat. The still allow infrared light in from the Sun, which heats the interior, but heating of the outside atmosphere is reduced. The greenhouse will reach a certain temperature and then stop. It doesn't continue to get hotter and hotter. Why does it stop? Radiant heat is NOT stopped by the greenhouse glass. There reaches a point where radiant heat out (plus other losses) is equal to the radiant heat coming in. In open air, CO2 and any other 'greenhouse gas' do NOT reduce heat. They are part of conductive, convective, and radiant heating.
You are effectively trying to say that CO2 stops infrared light by absorbing it, and that this in turn increases temperatures of the Earth. This means you are reducing the radiance of Earth while at the same time trying to increase its temperature. According to the Stefan-Boltzmann law this is not possible. You are denying yet another theory of science.
It does, and it also violates the Stefan-Boltzmann law, which I've just demonstrated.
CO2 has absolute ZERO effect on warming the Earth from the emitted light from Earth's surface. Zero, zilch, nada. No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth's using infrared light emitted from Earth's surface. Absorption by any gas or vapor of surface infrared light does NOT heat the surface. Heating the surface is the ONLY way to make it warmer. You cannot heat that surface by using a colder gas in the atmosphere. You can't do it by conduction, by convection, or by radiance. You can't do it.

The Constitution of the United States does not authorize socialism of any kind to the federal government. Taxes to fund a common defense (the military), to pay for the construction and maintenance of post roads (the freeway system), or to pay reasonable salaries of government workers and officers is not socialism. These are services WE agreed to pay for when the government was created by that Constitution, as amended. In other words, the owners of the Constitution of the United States, the States themselves, AGREED to pay those taxes, and through those States, the People.
The powers delegated to the federal government are specific and limited. They have no other powers than that specified by the Constitution of the United States, as amended. ALL other powers are delegated to the States through their constitutions. If the State does not have that power specified in its own constitution, then that power resides in the People of that State.
Any attempt by any level of government beyond it's authority given in its founding document (the constitution for that government), is a usurpation of power by that government and is unconstitutional. The owners of that constitution has all the authority they need to correct such a situation. For the Constitution of the United States, those owners are the several States themselves.
Among the powers specifically banned by the Constitution to Congress is the establishment of a state religion. The Church of Global Warming IS a religion. The government can acknowledge that it's there, and even establish holidays to celebrate certain Holy Days (such as Earth Day), but it cannot require the practice of that or any religion. This restriction applies only to Congress and not the States, but currently all the States have similar wording in their own constitutions.
This means it is unconstitutional to take up a collection for a religion as any form of tax. This includes 'carbon' taxes.

Again, this is wrong. Heat does not flow both ways. There is no 'net flow' in the 2nd law of thermodynamics. You cannot make heat flow backwards by radiance. No molecule will accept a photon of less energy than the molecule already has. You can't make heat flow backwards by any means. You can't do it.

There is no 'net flow of heat' in the 2nd law of thermodynamics. The 2nd law of thermodynamics is about entropy. It also DEFINES heat as a result, what it is, and the direction of it's flow.

Science is not something you 'believe in'. It simply is. Theories of science have gone beyond the simple circular argument that all theories start out as. It is the test of falsifiability that does this. As long as a theory can withstand tests designed to try to destroy it, and the tests are specific, and produce specific results, that theory is a theory of science.
Science is not a title. It is not a credential of any kind. It is a set of falsifiable theories.
I may go to a doctor, but not just any doctor. The title doesn't impress me. There are a lot of quacks out there. I go to doctors that stick to falsifiable theories in their practice.and that are certified by the medical board, which examines their techniques (and their use of science).
I not only drive them. I fix them. I use engineering principles that came out of falsifiable theories of science. I also fly, fix, design, and build aircraft. They too are done according to falsifiable theories of science and sound engineering principles and techniques.
All useful medication was developed using falsifiable theories, dude.
