Where is he now? Last I heard, your Man-God died ... then woke up and floated off into outer space like a hydrogen balloon. Where did he end up landing? The Moon? The Sun? One of the Planets? Different Solar System? (or is this where I que the music from Outer Limits?)

Christmas has become the Darling of Wall Street. A real Money-Maker if there ever was one. Sad really. This is where you see the Power of all those Commercials to "Go Buy Shit", really pay off. :(
 
There will always be a literal belief in Jesus Christ, as there will always be just the concept of a Jesus character, a folklore belief and in legend only, and then there are people who don't have any thoughts about Jesus one way or the other.

Depending where you are on that sliding scale, usually depends upon whether you celebrate Christmas or not, and/or how you celebrate it, as well.

That is why it is often referred to as the Spirit of Christmas. It means different things to different people!

Yeah. well, clever as you are.. we aren't celebrating it as a pagan holiday now.. Some celebrate Christmas to mark the birth of Jesus.. some just love the season, the family feasts, music, gifts etc.

And, its celebrated by people of every color.. religious and secular.

Some of us celebrate the Winter Solstice along with our Ancient Heritage ... even though the modern religious cults have tried to take it over and claim it as theirs. What Frauds. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Honoring the Sun, on the shortest day of the year, and realizing the re-birth of Life here on the Planet, ... doesn't get much better than that.
