Here's the lesson:

The Chinese government aren't partisan hacks. In other words, they can't assume anything about Trump simply because it's suits their partisan fancy.

Trump is an unknown to China. After 8 years of watching Obama they're pretty sure he's not going to do anything. Why would they think otherwise?

Any situation initiated now will *easily* bleed into the next administration. Put it this way, if Trump didn't factor into it, the Chinese are shortsighted and stupid.

Lol, I didn't actually say what you claimed I said, but it just appeared to you I did. Fact is I never said he was responsible.

Finding the timing interesting doesn't mean Trump is responsible, I thought maybe China announced at that time just to rib Obama.
