More important were the many rioters who broke their way in by attacking and injuring 140 police officers, vandalizing and destroying property, and stopping the electoral count to certify the election. Nobody cares about the ones who walked in unobstructed except to prosecute them for any crimes they committed.

They were trying to burn a Federal court that was occupied and they blocked the exits. Federal courts are where Federal laws are dispensed. This was an insurrection and attempted murder yet Dems are silent.

She was part of a violent crowd that was attacking police officers. It is only rational to assume they would try to attack others after breaking through the door. "Stand your ground." Breaking into a building with barriers and other weapons is not mere trespassing.

You don't know whether she had assaulted anyone on her way into the building and up the stairs; many others had and you can't tell by her appearance. A vet should be somewhat of a threat. Nobody knew if she was armed.

Your answers are very different when the deceased is a black guy killed by a police officer.

There was a SWAT team 20 ft. behind her in the midst of your so-called violent crowd. They didn't shoot anyone. Apparently, they all disagreed with your assessment of the situation, ... and they were there.

The cop didn't see her assault anyone. And YOU don't have any proof that she assaulted anyone. We generally do not shoot and kill people because possibly they could have assaulted someone. That is just very stupid :laugh: I was pissed about George Floyd's death and said so here. Cop's don't get to shoot people that they don't see carrying a weapon. Also the cop that shot Babbitt had no way to know she was a vet. So that is another really stupid statement :rofl2: Just admit it this was a bad shoot that the dems want to sweep it under the rug.

If you look at least two people tried to help Babbitt after she was mortally wounded.
