He didn't incite a riot. You can't incite a riot the night before the riot happens.
The night before he told people to go to the Capitol. That is not incitement of what happened the next day. If it is then you should be supporting Trump's indictment for telling people to go to the Capitol the day of the riot.

On Jan 6th, Epps told people to NOT cross the police line. He testified to that. The person he is seen talking to on video testified to that.
