Legion Troll
A fine upstanding poster
It's pretty obvious they couldn't care less but their dishonesty about the chain of events is disturbing.
Let's see if they like the result on Election Night when the womens' votes are being reported.

I can't believe you said that. What does economic, social and political equality have to do with grabbing?
YEAH, that's it Christie.
It's all just a great big ole CONSPIRACY against women.![]()
Let's see if they like the result on Election Night when the womens' votes are being reported.
Are you claiming he bought off the prosecutor?
The prosecutor's point was, that this is technically a battery, but that no jury would find this is a battery as most people think of a battery as doing great harm, not grabbing someone by the arm. In other words, had he grabbed her, threw her to the ground and started beating on her, he would prosecute. Basically, if this was between two people who not not in the news, no one would be charged.
So your BFF Legion Troll is on forced ignore and still can't stop talking about me.
Do you think I'm the poster he keeps referring to? You seem to agree. If so, I feel bad for you for being duped by a Troll.![]()
If the legal definition of battery was read to the jury, along with showing them the film and the bruises, they would be derelict in not taking it all under consideration.
This is the legal definition and it applies to Fields. "... if there is only the slightest intentional touching of another, which is harmful or offensive and also non-consensual (such as reaching out and touching a woman's thigh), a battery has occurred..."
It's true. Isn't the goal of feminism equality? Feminists want equality as long as it involves the benefits of being equal. When it involves having to do the same things as men, equality is out the window. With all the push for equality, why does one never hear feminists push for 18 year old females having to sign up for selective service like 18 year old males as just one example?
So, now you're a legal expert?
You ever bumped into someone where there was a large crowd? Who's to say that the person you slightly touch couldn't consider what you did as intentional?
This is one of the dumbest things I ever read. You're saying it's okay for men to push each other around so women should get used to having it done to them also. Since when is pushing and shoving a gender issue?
You cons often bitch and moan about women in the military, they're not tough enough, they can't lift heavy stuff, they shouldn't be on the front battle lines, blah blah blah. Yet you do a fast reversal if it means bashing feminists.
Still ignoring her bruises. Reading Findlaw doesn't make me a legal expert but not reading it? As the saying goes "ignorance of the law is no excuse."
isnt it misogynist to believe that there is no other reason to bash a woman other than being a woman?
If that's what you got out of what I said, what you wrote was the dumbest thing anyone could ever read.
So you don't believe females should have to do selective service like males? Didn't think so hypocrite. The only gripe I have about women in the military is they aren't on the front lines EQUAL to MEN. When are you going to push for that? That's right, you're not. My statement stands about feminists wanting equality when it benefits but don't give a damn about it when it means having to do something you don't like.
I'm ignoring her claiming she was almost pulled down. I ignore it because her claim was a lie.
Why don't Y O U push for women to sign up when they're 18? We have a volunteer military and signing up isn't the same as being called up. If the govt. makes it law that women need to sign up I'm good with that.
Her bruises don't lie.
The matter wasn't adjudicated.
The prosecutors declined to proceed.![]()
