regarding trump being the champion of FOIA. FWiW assange, snowden, and pretty much anyone who has done anything to bring more accountability to the government is on Trump's side.

there are people, even men, currently serving 10 to 20 years in federal prison for 'crimes' of an even lesser nature. this is about people being pissed off about unequal treatment under the constitution, the wholly unethical manner in which bernie sanders was treated during the primaries, and the corrupt (and likely illegal) clinton foundation dealings. she probably shouldn't have banked on the notion that it's 'her turn', because there's nothing that real americans hate more than an already privileged individual taking further advantage of their position over us commoners.

If there is something illegal in what she did, let's see it.

I don't discount what you're saying about the "privileged." But I think most of the outrage about Hillary is just outrage about Hillary. It's from people who hate Hillary and have for decades. If they're truly outraged about privileged individuals taking further advantage, they sure wouldn't be voting for Trump, either.

I think the bigger question is "why didn't Republicans care when Bush 'lost' millions of emails from a private email server run by the RNC? Rove deleted millions of emails during the scandalous U.S attorney firings, as well as the illegal actions taken during the run up to the Iraq war." This, in direct violation of the Presidential Records Act.

Then, ask yourself why nobody cared when Cheney committed treason by outing Valerie Plame?
