Can someone explain the Bud Light boycott to me?

On a local note, I went to an OU baseball game last night. We got smoked in the 10th inning, giving up 7 runs. Only about 2000 or so fans. Usually there are little blue cans and bottles being carried about everywhere in the stands. While I saw a lot of beer, I saw only two blue cans. Of course some of what was drawn into cups could have come from big blue barrels. I’ve never drank any beer so I’m not sure where it all comes from.

What a great scientific sampling.

Say, what are you growing this year in your food plots? I had such great success with carrots planted in recycled plastic bottle containers (55 gal.) that I'm repeating that this year. Plus I ran out of canned green and wax beans way too early so am planting twice as many. Today is start-the-warm-season-guys-indoors day -- hot peppers and tomatoes. Also sunflowers since direct sowing leads to chipmunk snacking. We're building up the raised beds to 8 inches from four, as well.

Hopefully Monday after work I’ll get some squash and cucumbers planted. I’ll have the usual Jalapeños and tomatoes in the plenty. I need to plant two rows of okra this year since last years was a bust. I hope to have plenty to keep me busy.

Also The late freeze got my nectarines but my Indian Blood peaches are loaded.

Edit: I went to the NCAA Gymnastics Championship in Fort Worth today. I took note and saw two more people carrying the blue cans. One was an LSU fan and one was a woman I think. At least that’s what the way her dungarees fit her told me. ;)

I'm so thankful that you were able to identify your enemies and escape indoctrination.

Sorry about your fruit trees. Always wished I could have gotten those blood peach pits you gifted me with to sprout. Supposedly they are hardy here.

I see that the new rationalization for transphobia and hate is that it's "disrespectful to women."

And we look to Kid Rock and Ted Nugent for guidance on that.

Might be the end of civilization as we know it. I hope not, but it seems like a sign.

The same group of people who spend a lot of their time subjugating women and treating them like breeders.

OK...Have they hired Dylan as a permanent influencer for them? Or are they apologizing, and quickly backing away from him?

They gave a "tepid apology", but have not backed away from Mulvaney. Basically, the Brazilian in charge of InBev is sorry that you are so offended by his not offensive actions.

Will we be seeing him again?

However, since the furor over the partnership with Mulvaney, it saw a fall in that value of over $3 billion, with a market cap on April 10 of $130.8 billion. That figure has continued to decline since then, and as of 8 a.m. ET on Thursday, the company had a market cap of $110.6 billion—which would represent a fall of around $24 billion in 13 days.

Yes, he is an "influencer" so we will keep seeing him over and over again. It is what he does.
Sales of Nike sports bras haven't exploded...people are embracing craft beer...what's his next "project"?

Brendan Whitworth sounds like the typical mealy-mouth jerk who can't quite bring himself to admit that he messed in his mess gear.
