That whataboutism has been discussed at length on this thread, and doesn't work, unfortunately.

Those sources are biased. Fox lied on air, and admitted that they knew they were lying behind the scenes. A totally different level.

Last note on the WI and PA rulings - neither were applied retroactively, and neither made the 2020 results invalid or illegal in any way.

Right-wing websites are the only sources for claims of unconstitutionality. They are not grounded in reality, or the facts.

stop lying.....the WI court held that unsupervised drop boxes were a violation of the constitution....fuck your "applied retroactively"......if it violated the law in 2022 it violated the same law in 2020.......if something violates the law on Tuesday, it violated the law on Monday......the violation of the constitution IS grounded in reality......it is grounded in fact.......the "presidency" of the Pale Faced Pedophile is not......it is grounded in elections which were not conducted in the manner required by laws passed by state legislatures.......THAT makes it a fact that the 2020 election violated the US constitution........I know the fact and reality of Biden's election is never going to change.......but YOU know that the fact it was unconstitutional is another reality that is never going to change......

"Applied retroactively" is pretty much everything anyone needs to know about that ruling.

Sorry - it wasn't illegal in 2020, and it wasn't unconstitutional. If WI ruled that it WAS unconstitutional and honored that ruling, they wouldn't have sent their electors.

You'll keep repeating the same thing, but it doesn't matter. It isn't reality. The election was secure & constitutional, and America elected Biden.
