It is a violation of federal law, twit. An employer can require a medical examination (including drug tests), but cannot require a medical treatment as a condition of employment or advancement.

That is the way the world works. If a hospice worker does not get a influenza vaccine, she is a danger to the hospice residents.

Yes, to some extend they should. An employer has, within reason, the right to make demands of you in order to keep your job. If you do not like it, you have the right to quit the job.

Employers do not have to pay you to do "whatever you damn well want."

There is the next question of what should be against the law. Some health issues can be like drunken driving. Your decisions effect other people's health.

Welfare has some extreme time limits on it, so usually they need to be on disability, or getting family help.

California has 1153 deaths per million. Florida has 1454 deaths per million. California has more links to China, and more population density, so should have higher numbers.

Florida has failed badly. DeSantis prioritizing strip clubs over industry has hurt their economy badly. DeSantis has lost more vaccines than most states got in all of January.

DeSantis has failed so badly, he needed to send the police to terrorize a scientist who was posting the real numbers.

Here is why employers might consider mandating the vaccine: A coworker at my middle daughter's vet clinic tested positive last Sunday. She had visited with her sister the week before, who lives with their parents. The dad works in a factory where social distancing and masks are not mandatory. The sister and dad tested positive too. The coworker also works PT at two other vet clinics. So now all three of them are shut down, and dozens are out of work and in quarantine due to that employer's negligence.

welfare 8is easly abused many women like the owl pump out bastard child after bastard child to keep benefits coming in , I have seen people with as many as 12 kids drawing welfare and food stamps year after year . no one was working , just pumping out kids on the baby machine , trading food stamps for drugs , of course this was before the ebt cards which are still abused apparently they just allow other to use the card or do it them self's . some store owners will sell cigarettes and booze for 2 or 3 dollars in food stamps for i dollar of product and of courser some get cash befits . Im sure owl the baby machine can tell you more about it them I can
