I have no idea what this is a form of.

Newton says something dumb .. but there is no way to determine what effect what he said has on the league or ratings given that he just said it a couple of days ago.

ALL sports are down in the ratings. Have you considered that truth?

One of the NFL's biggest stars makes what many consider to be a sexist comment and it's making national news but there's an agenda why I would discuss it because no football fan would talk about this right BAC?

Um, no, that's the final week of the regular season. It is game sixteen for every team, but, due to the bye week, it happens to be the 17th week of the NFL schedule.

Well...typically the peak interest in the NFL should occur with multiple teams vying for the wild card. Unfortunately, you also have teams that have clinched, and won't be playing as hard as they would if they were fighting for a place in post season play.

Yeah, for those reasons, fantasy football ends the week prior, because, week seventeen could be problematic for playing a "championship" game.

You infer that Newton is somehow related to declining ratings, yet when I point out that all major sports have declining ratings and ask if you've considered that .. you call me an asshole.

I'm sorry if you are having trouble with reading comprehension. I said a league that is already having ratings problems now has one of its superstars making what many feel to be a sexist comment. What is so difficult to understand about that? Why did you think the NFL spoke out against what he said?

My question is why do ppl hold NFL players and what they say to a higher standard then they hold our president?

The only agenda I have vis a vis football to get Jed York to sell the 49ers. Seeing as how I have no money or power it won't happen because of me.

It's amazing how offended you get by a story that has made national news. I even said I wasn't offensed by what Cam which will get me called a sexist no doubt. But for that I supposedly have an agenda.

Football is America's most popular sport so it's declining ratings are going to get more coverage. What other sport has parents not wanting their children to play because of fear of brain injuries? Footballs future faces a challenge.

I've had USC season tickets for over 20 years. I travel to LA for almoat every home game. I played football. I love football and like to talk about it. Somehow to you there's this big racist conspiracy and as such you can't even comment on it
