The property taxes being capped does what to new housing construction?
You're just speaking in broad generalities because you don't know what you're talking about. Zoning laws? Which ones in particular? Prop 13 prevents affordable housing construction, regardless of zoning laws, because the economic incentive is to not build or expand housing because then the property will be re-assessed.

So you want to raise taxes on the poor and middle class. Is that it? The wealthy seemed to do just fine before, during, and after the economic collapse in CA. None of them left. So what are you talking about? The 1% pays 50% of the taxes, yet holds 90% of the wealth. That doesn't seem fair, does it? Maybe they should pay 90% of the taxes since they own 90% of the wealth.

We have the highest minimum wage in the country. That's taken into account in the measurement. This is the problem. As a liberal you view Cali on a pedastal but you don't actually understand what happens here

Also, zoning laws aren't preventing new construction now where construction can happen. So before we get to the zoning laws, we have to first tackle the problem of not being able to currently build affordable housing in the zones where you can.
You want to skip over that step, and I'm not sure why.

Which is still a poverty wage. The minimum wage should be high enough that anyone getting it cannot qualify for income-determinant assistance programs.
You seem to be making it all up as you go.
What I find is that most Conservative arguments are circular, perpetual motion machines of entitlement and laziness.
They say that deficits and debts are a problem, yet all their tax cuts do is increase deficits and debt.
They say that they oppose abortion, yet they oppose free contraception, birth control, and sex education which would all reduce the number of abortions
They complain about welfare, yet oppose raising the minimum wage, which would reduce the amount spent on welfare
Most of what Conservatives complain about are problems of their own making; I think they do so just so they can be a part of the conversation.
