Cain - Gingrich

Sexism on the left played a huge role in that. When have you ever seen me deny sexism on the left? Not likely!

Didn't say you had denied it. Just using the same blanket statement you did regarding women being elected by the right. The Dems had the chance and they blew it.

But Palin and Bachman are just fronts, they'll never be nominated, and the republican party is not going to elect a black man for, well, I really don't know how long, but I may not live to see it. Sometimes I wonder when we will have the second black president anyway, from either party.

Palin is certainly a front. Bachman, I don't think she is a front, but she is too far to the right to get nominated.

As for a woman, I used to fear, post-Hillary, that the Republicans were going to get some anti-woman asshole in there, riding in on feminist gains while denouncing us all the way. Now i see that's not going to happen. Of course, when I think about MS. Warren my heart does go pitter-pat. Maybe a woman president, I will live to see...

Warren would be interesting. While I disagree with many of her views, I think she would make a good President (from what I have heard about her). Her involvement in TARP could work to her disadvantage a bit, as I think many people would like a very simple question be answered.... (can't recall how long she oversaw the program, so I leave open the possibility that she might not have been overseeing it when the funds were repaid)

IF almost all of TARP funds have been repaid.... WHERE THE F DID THE MONEY GO?

So her experience as first lady counts as presidental experience? I agree, but thats not what conservatives were saying when it looked like she was going to be nominated.

I am sure many did say that. But on a relative basis to Obama's community organizer, she did far more as first Lady than Obama did in anything he did. Add in her years in the Senate and like I stated, it isn't even close.

If Republicans were not sexist, Christine Todd-Whitman would have been president over Bush.

WTF are you talking about? She never ran for President you tool.

I know that, neither has Chris Christie. She was about the best canidate by far, she seriously considered running, her polling showed that she did not have a chance.

Yeah, maybe we could get Jarod to post a few pictures of himself for posterity's sake. Then we could add photos of other retarded monkeys.... also known as USC alum

You've done an excellent job of choosing polar opposites. I like the idea.

So was it sexism and racism that many progressive Democrats first choice in 2008 was John Edwards?

Seriously..... retarded monkey is fast becoming above your achievement level.

HE was? Not this progressive, but I am not a Democrat, so maybe that is the difference. I thought Hillary was the first choice in 2008, then Obama moved up.
