You base a lot of your arguments on this on things are are completely unrelated to COVID-19.

I'm sure they gave those present appropriate masks, and said cloth masks were not as effective. The thing is, we can't equip all Americans with appropriate masks right now.

Cloth masks will have to do for a lot of folks. That doesn't mean their ineffective. It doesn't even mean they're marginally effective. They could be just a step down, and still wildly effective in slowing this thing down.

Try to set aside what you've learned, which I'm sure is more than the average person - and at the same time accept that you don't know everything on the topic, especially as it relates to a new virus like COVID-19, which has quite a few behaviors that are still baffling those who are studying it.

Well, my stance is masks work—maybe a bit lol.

You did not discover some arcane fact that hospitals and doctors did not know. They have evidence masks work and that is why they push them so hard. Places that went bigly for masks had less spread of the disease. There is not only a valid premise, that masks work but proof that they worked in statistical data.

Viruses are not bound to droplets. Masks do not work.

Masks can and do stop droplets but they’re useless against aerosols unless they are fit tested and the microscopic globs of water molecules in aerosol form are like a swimming pool to a virus. Viruses are even small compared to bacteria; in fact, bacteria can and do get ‘infected’ with a kind of virus called a ‘bacteriophage’ or ‘phage virus’.

Masks don’t stop viruses. Well, if they do, I sure as hell don’t understand how it works.

You are purposely leaving out the most important part... the N95 SPECIFICATIONS...

The specs for an N95 mask are 95% of particles > 0.3 microns (300 nanometers)

The COVID-19 virus is much SMALLER than that... It is < 100nm. It can even be half that (or more).

All it takes (potentially) is one virus. Masks do not work.
