No, he clearly died of covid related illness, but you cannot say that it was covid that directly killed him it was either a bad heart or a reaction to treatment. it's an important distinction.
and if they want to say "no underlying conditions" that is false,. "no KNOWN underlying conditions" and a heart attack is not a common cause of death among covid patients.
