Happens all the time. Some black gets 600 on his math SAT and is allowed into MIT and naturally flunks out. If he had gone to say Ohio State he'd have graduated just fine and have a good job today as an engineer.

Um, no. You're not going to do well in engineering school with a 600 in Math. I had a 680 and it took me 7 semesters to get through 5 semesters of math courses.
