Anyone that supports AA is telling those that benefit from it they are incapable of doing on their own what those of us that don't/didn't use AA are capable of doing without it.

Sounds like another plug for the free college bullshit where those willing to provide for their kids are supposed to be willing to provide for a kid whose own parents don't think enough of him/her to do so.

Sure - we could use a "help the handicapped" argument to justify giving blacks special treatment. Even i might go along with that. After all, blacks are clearly inferior mentally.

But our present system of giving blacks special treatment because there is a GIANT WHITE CONSPIRACY holding them down is BS. Hell - it sure doesn't work in pro sports does it?

in the case of asians i think it is cultural. To be specific the impact of confucianism and government exams. To be a civil servant is literally the highest honor in these societies.

What's really sad about this is that, yeah it will help blacks and latinos get into college, but it will also help them to fail out of college.
