IMO this double murder was cold-blooded and mindless.I guarantee you the that IQ of the Black gunman was very low, probably 70 to 75 points. American Blacks as a whole have a low average IQ of 85 points which is low in itself. Low IQ predisposes to senseless, impulsive violence - (in particular gun violence, on account of the fact that with a firearm, all that all it takes is one squeeze of a trigger to deal death) - due to the deficit in self-control/self-responsibility and judgement, etc that are all well-know accompany low measures of IQ.
So, Because we know - for a hard, validated, scientific FACT, the average Black American IQ is low, I propose that ALL Blacks wishing to purchase a firearm should be mandated to present official evidence that they have taken a professionally designed and administered, government-approved, standardised IQ test that confirms they have an IQ score score of at least 100 points before they are permitted to purchase any firearm. A perfectly justifiable, cheap, simple, quick, accurate/reliable, and easy to implement policy like this would save countless thousands of American lives every year.
This would be a start, at least, in managing the problem of low-intelligence Blacks mass -murdering other American citizens with firearms. Right ?

You do realise, Anchovies, that during the 1930's its was the Eugenics Movement in America that taught the NAZIs everything they ever knew about scientific racism and selective breeding. A famous US Eugenicist of the era was a dude called, Madison Grant, who wrote a book called "The Passing of the Great Race" (the "Great Race" was what Grant called the "Nordic" (i.e. White, North-West European race)) This book was a smash-hit, number- one "best seller"; both the lay public, the then President, the American academy and the Yankee intelligencia praised it. Such was its fame, that the "The Passing of the Great Race" was read in Germany and ended up in the hot, little hands of one ,Herr Adolph Schicklegruber, (aka Adolph Hitler) who wrote Madison Grant a gushing, fan letter saying that he he kept "The Passing" one his bed-side table every night and the book "has become my Bible)
The Eugenics Movement in America was all about preserving the genetic purity of the self-evidently superior, American White, "Anglo-Saxon" ("Nordic") race. Native, White Americans of the 1920s and 1930s were terrified of the threat posed by a "rising tide of colour" (that is darkies, breeding with white women, and equally, diagnosed (or suspected) "morons" and "imbeciles" reproducing more of their kind ( the later were not common, pejorative terms in America during the era of the Eugenic's Movement, rather, they were official, psychiatric nomenclature in the US used to diagnose individuals with what "alienists" (the old name for "psychiatrists") referred to as the medical disorder of, "Mental Deficiency" (i.e. Mental Retardation).
The upshot of all this was that in many states of America (27 to 28, at least), miscegenation laws were passed prohibiting sexual congress between mixed (Black and White) American couples, including laws which mandated surgical sterilisation in particular cases, in order the prevent the pollution of the White genotype with Black genetic material. Also,sterilisation could bleakly performed to prevent mental defectives screwing each other and reproducing more of their kind ( congenital mental retardation was (rightly) known to be highly hereditable, indeed, Anchovies !). The last, legal eugenic sterilisation procedure carried out in America took place in the 1970s (!)

Ahhh, the intellectually limited Nazi propagandist....they have no real argument folks. They just look for ANY excuse to bray their pitiful propaganda like a broken record. Forget DECADES of debunking on an international scale by noted scholars, scientific experts, etc. These Nazi numbskulls just can't deal with the FACT that all this bilge was laid to waste via the destruction of Nazi Germany. That's why our boy here is in the U.K. If he were in Germany, his flabby ass would be parked in a jail cell, because the current German gov't does not truck with this "master race" mush. As I and others here have demonstrated, the crime related in the OP was taken care of...the perpetrator was bagged and tagged, awaiting trial and sentencing. No one condoned his crime, and the news media gave it coverage.
