It looks like it will be State Specific, so states that have sued to prevent such deportations will likely get a certifications for Stay of Enforcement, while those states that have not will allow such deportations to go on.

Let's be clear on what the ruling did and didn't do.
It did not comment on the merits of Trumps position on birthright citizenship
What it did do is limit the ability of these rogue district court judges to issue nationwide injunctions. Which in effect means Trump can move forward in certain instances.

You could not have been anymore wrong about this ruling. They didn't even rule on the merits of birthright citizenship, but they did smack down activist judges issuing nationwide injunctions.
All Administrations going forward, the point the right is missing here, just like they did Trump’s immunity ruling, is that this ruling applies to future Presidents as much as it does Trump. It basically means the President does not need Congress to act, and there will there be very limited legal access to challenge what the President decrees or does.
Not only has this Court made the Executive Office supersede the Legislative, but now also, the Judiciary, not quite what the Founder Fathers had in mind
