I can’t find out if Biden is making his 9/11 Afghanistan withdrawal speech or not. Fox is reporting that he released a pre-recorded speech Friday and he’s going to visit the three 9-11 memorial sites. Maybe he’ll bring up our ignominious withdrawal from Afghanistan then.
