[1] Catbirds are regularly seen/heard throughout much of Wisconsin (and much of North America, if east of the Rocky Mountains)
[2] Catbirds are my favorite species of bird, with barn swallows being a very close second.
[3] Catbirds are rather remarkable mimics, able to expertly mimic the vocalizations of many other birds (and can even mimic the vocalizations of other animals). I was even lucky enough to capture one such mimicry on video during one of my hiking/photography outings. Anyway, my avatar (in part) represents my keen ability to mimic the vocalizations of libtards, and the joy that I get in doing so.
[4] Catbirds are very good at thwarting the schemes of brood parasites (such as cowbirds), rejecting parasite eggs rather than raising parasite offspring. No, the last case in the USA happened years before. The last case anywhere in the world happened in 1978. No one has gotten Smallpox, anywhere, since 1978.
I was born in 1970, and did not get the Smallpox vaccine. I was one of the first people not to need the Smallpox vaccine. The Smallpox vaccine was slightly dangerous, killing 2 out of every million people who got it, so that was a good thing.
We can thank the WHO for eliminating Smallpox, and for us no longer needing the Smallpox vaccine. They were a few years away from eliminating Polio, when the Covid-19 pandemic derailed everything. It might take a little longer now, but they will almost certainly eliminate Polio. Then my grandchildren will not need the Polio vaccine.
There is a reservoir of Covid-19 in the wild, so it would be nearly impossible to eliminate Covid-19 in the wild. WHO might be able to eliminate Covid-19 in the human population, and then catch any future species crossovers. It is a new virus, so it is hard to say with certainty what is and is not possible. We do know that it is "possible that it is possible."
Once again, it will be the WHO who can do this, and it will be the Alt Right who keeps claiming it is all a lie.
