Storms and floods are as far as I know an anomaly. it may be related to the temperature increasing on the planet but it may not be.
Sounds more like an engineering or maintenance flaw.

Biden does not believe that. He wants us to put our emphasis on the energies of the future. He was talking about electric cars and solar and wind. They will replace fossil fuels when they are ready, It would be nice if they replaced fossil poison fuels by 2035. That is a good target. But there are no penalties for missing or getting it earlier.
Why is trying to end gas and oil a bad thing? They are poisons and major pollutants that make poison pits where ever they are extracted.

You should realize that the Church of Global Warming is inherently a fundamentalist style religion. They do not care if they deny science, or mathematics, or anything else.

They try to create energy out of nothing using a Magick Holy Gas, in violation of the 1st law of thermodynamics: E(t+1)=E(t)-U, where E is energy, 't' is time, and 'U" is work, or force applied over a distance.
They try to reduce entropy by warming the surface and cooling the upper atmosphere by using a Magick Holy Gas. Worse, they try to heat the warmer surface using a colder gas. This is in violation of the 2nd law of thermodynamics: e(t+1) >= e(t) where 'e' is entropy, and 't' is time.
They try to prevent light from leaving the Earth, making it warmer, in violation of the Stefan-Boltzmann law: r = C*e*t^4, where 'r' is radiance per square area in watts, 'C' is a natural constant, 'e' is the emissivity of the material, and 't' is temperature in Kelvins. As temperature does up, radiance MUST increase with it. Everything else is a constant. If radiance goes down, as they argue (because the Holy Magick Gas), then temperature MUST go down, not up.
