Biden may steal an election for the elitists, but Democrats will regret it: Devine

January 5th is crucial for sure.
Huge difference between Miss Veep Kamala and the diseased turtle holding senate power.

But after DC and PR get through congress, they need ratification by 2/3rds of the current states.
If you've got a plan for that, you're well ahead of me on this issue.
But if you are, great.
I want results, not credit!

I think it's actually just an act of Congress (article IV, Section 3, Clause 1):

New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.

You don't need 2/3 of the states to admit a new state to the union, just for Amendments to the Constitution.

I could be wrong, but I think the Constitution is pretty clear on this.

Good.

I am looking forward to seeing Biden fail for the next four years, assuming he will live that long, AND, that he is declared the President in December. Then, Americans realizing what a HUGE mistake they made, will elect a Republican President and House.
