Agreed on Franken but he wasn't the Democratic Presidential nominee. If Biden goes done this late in the game, who will take his place? Bernie? Warren? Despite all the RW bullshit about Cuomo, I doubt he'd run.
Also agreed on the RW hypocrisy regarding sexual assault allegations. That said, they are right to point out the hypocrisy on the Left. I've noticed their hypocrisy since the Slick Willie days and it hasn't changed. It was obvious when the Democrats attacked General Joseph W. Ralston and it was obvious over 20 years later when they attacked General John Hyten. General Ralston had an affair while separated from his wife; a long way from the adulterous affairs of Bill Clinton, but Ralston's career was tarnished by the Democrats as a smokescreen to defend the lying, draft-dodging coward and serial adulterer William Jefferson Clinton.

This is the drawing of a line," said the secretary of Defense, William S. Cohen, in declaring that an adulterous affair years ago should not disqualify Gen. Joseph W. Ralston from being a candidate for chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Gen. John Hyten, the nominee to be the next vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was cleared this week of allegations of abusive sexual contact that were made by a female service member in 2017 and 2018, according to a senior military official.
However, it remains unclear if the U.S. Air Force general will be confirmed by the Senate as the nation's number two military officer in time to succeed Gen. Paul Selva, who will retire from the position at the end of July.
