Because the Joke administration is, for all intents, letting millions of illegals into the US at the moment he is also letting in hundreds of thousands among them with contagious diseases that would otherwise be rare or nonexistent in the US, like TB. That is hardly the only disease they're bringing.
These people, unlike legal immigrants who have to get a medical exam prior to entry, don't get examined at all most of the time. Those that evade ICE and enter don't get examined. The result is that many contagious diseases that would otherwise not exist or be prevalent in the US are becoming prevalent. These same individuals also end up in hospital emergency rooms with their medical issues putting a huge strain on the US medical system and taking up space and resources that should be going to legal immigrants and citizens.

So, in addition to abrogating his oath of office to uphold the laws of the US, including immigration law, Joke is creating conditions for the spread of infectious disease across the US for all intents deliberately. While he whines about Chinese Disease, illegal drugs flow into the US killing tens of thousands, illegal entrants bring all sorts of contagious disease, and this whole mess is entirely Joke's fault for not enforcing us immigration law and securing our borders.

It makes no difference. Do you really believe that the illegals coming in now are suddenly far healthier than those coming in a few years ago?

Why are you not blaming George Bush, Obama and Trump for the spread of infectious diseases by illegals?

The boarder crisis is exacerbating our drug problems by occupying our CBP agents with illegals when they should be stopping drug smuggling. We had 107,000 drug OD deaths mostly from Fentanyl
in 2022. We need to secure our borders.

Correction: 2021 not 2022.

Oh, I'll give them their due. But, none of them increased the illegal population in the US by somewhere around 25 to 40% in two years like Biden has. By the time Biden leaves office in 2024, between half and a third of all illegals in the US will have entered while he was in office.
That is a massive increase in illegals and a similarly massive increase in health risks coming across our border.

No, I mean releases. Biden isn't holding anyone coming in for anything. Most aren't even being booked for a crime. There are simply too many and they have overwhelmed US ICE ability to deal with them. Well over half-a-million have been noted as seen entering and not apprehended at all by ICE.

So, if ICE is catching and releasing illegal crossers into the US, and can't even begin to catch anywhere near all that cross, essentially these people are entering the US and the vast majority have done so illegally.

Applications for asylum? Anyone trying that one should under US law be told to return to the US embassy in their home nation or the nearest US embassy to their home nation and denied outright being able to apply at the US border. Biden is ignoring that law, another violation of his oath of office.
