Let's take California.

In California:

An illegal can get a valid driver's license
Illegals can enter into contracts, buy homes, land, cars, etc.
Illegals can make international wire transfers in all 50 states
Illegals face no economic repercussions or loss of property if arrested.
California (as is New York) a sanctuary state that won't report the arrest of an illegal for a crime to ICE.
Illegals can legally get employment using a TIN
Employers are face no legal issues hiring illegal immigrants from the state.

That's one example, there are plenty of others.

Nope. The threat has always been there. Not a current event. It is T. A.'s rant filled opinion that the Biden administration made the spread of infectious diseases worse. There is no proof of that happening.

These people, unlike legal immigrants who have to get a medical exam prior to entry, don't get examined at all most of the time. Those that evade ICE and enter don't get examined. So, in addition to abrogating his oath of office to uphold the laws of the US, including immigration law, Joke is creating conditions for the spread of infectious disease across the US for all intents deliberately. While he whines about Chinese Disease, illegal drugs flow into the US killing tens of thousands, illegal entrants bring all sorts of contagious disease, and this whole mess is entirely Joke's fault for not enforcing us immigration law and securing our borders.

You might direct some of that disgust at ignoramuses who live here already and think ordinary vaccines are "the devil's work", refusing to protect their kids from once defeated infectious diseases that as a result are spreading now through the population. This is mainly the work of Internet conspiracy theories, the Right's favorite pastime.

Agreed but with caveats on the bolded:

*I have a problem now with police confiscating everything a person owns because they bought and split some pot with someone else. For a WSE who thinks the present government is not abiding by the Constitution, you seem very eager to give them more power when it comes to brown people.

*Prosecuting employers should be #1. No jobs, and only the asylum seekers will come to the US. On the subject of asylum seekers, the US should work with other nations to stop the cause of people seeking asylum. E.G. put a drone on asshole dictators.

*It's impractical to tell a poor family of four that has been traveling 3 months to "go back to Venezuela/wherever and wait for our call." They are asking for asylum for a reason. Find a better solution.

*Disagreed on jailing them. Heck, I'd rather "chip" them, voluntarily of course.


Overall, this problem is caused by a Congress that refuses to address Immigration Reform. Why? Follow the money. Too many big business operations are making tons of cash on a system that amounts to indentured servitude.

Biden has been operating under the same rules as Trump operated in under- Title 42.

The reason why Biden wants to end Title 42 is because of the Crisis and Human disaster it has caused across the border in Mexico.
