I don't see that as an issue but it's more people in LA were already calling for this woman (and the other three men) to step down and were protesting outside her house. She got all the pressure she needed locally and announced she was stepping down as President of the City Council. Now Biden is coming in after this saying she should step down and acting all high and mighty? As Joe likes to say "come on man".
