Using your thinking and what passes for logic - Since Blacks are killing Blacks in Chicago; that must mean that the Blacks who haven't been convicted are just un-convicted criminals, until they are arrested and tried.

Certainly, entering a country without regard for that country's laws is considered to be criminal activity by that country. INVADING a country and ETHICALLY CLEANSING its inhabitants is criminality on a whole different scale.

I must admit that I find Bernie Sander's position to be both principled and intelligent. Unlike yours which mainly consists of calling anybody that disagrees with you a fascist.
