Well, we're gonna see on that - these are long & thorough investigations. We already know some of the evidence. Trump misused his power.

It's up to the prosecution to make their case, not anyone on JPP be they pro-American or pro-Russian. The mere fact other charges were already filed with more coming tells me that Trump the rest of his few years pleading the Fifth Amendment in court.

I think Trump will be dead before going to trial. A billion dollars buys a lot of justice in America...especially with the full support of the Republican Party. Trump will delay, delay, delay until he's dead, dead, dead.

The law only let's him delay for so long.

Plenty of rich people have been sent to prison.

How long should it take? They are collecting info from all the people who were there. Then all involved in the Trumpian plot to steal the election. Why does time matter? DNA has solved 20year old cases. Is that a problem? Trump's confused and corrupt phone call is on tape. Have you listened to it?

This isn't a cold case, they have access to all the information they need.

And any prosecutor/detective will tell you that the longer it takes to get information the less reliable it is.

They've had that phone call for over three years, they've already interviewed the witnesses.....there is nothing more for them to get.

They have all the information yet they've never filed charges.

That tells me that they were waiting for election time to try and sink Trump.

it is not just GOP State organizations going broke but increasingly GOP politicians are finding it hard to raise money to win their own campaigns as the Trumps and Kari Lake's and other Maga extremists, suck up all the free cash, often bankrupting their supporters, and not putting any meaningful amount in to campaigns as they keep it themselves to fight all the lawsuits they face and for personal use.

This is a big part of why Lindsey Graham said Trump winning would 'destroy the party and they would deserve it', as he knows Maga's like Trump do not care about the GOP at all. They see it as only a way to gain personal power and enrich themselves.
