It's still a little early to tell, especially with so many players in the field. The Republican Party is still arguing with itself about being Americans or being Trumpers.

The American-oriented Republicans are stalling for time to let the courts take down Trumpism. Notice the initial hesitation to run against Trump? Then the dam broke and it's a Republican clown car similar to 2015. The Democrats are relatively united although many dislike the age of the top candidates.

Not sure where you are getting that information but it's completely false.
