You also have to be looking at a pretty serious charge, not just a mere misdemeanor, but something that would land you in prison. They don't hand out Get-out-of-Jail-Free immunity cards to ppl charged with jaywalking.

Cheating in Federal elections carries up to a 5 year sentence. Donald Trump who has accused the Democrats of cheating, seems to be the only one caught so far that tried his best to cheat in the 2020 election. And his telephone conversation, that we have all heard 100's of times now, of trying to Bribe a Georgia state Election official into cheating by changing the Precinct Counts, to help him win, is the best evidence against him.

There are also laws and statutes, on the books, about bribing government officials.

He literally confessed to the crime, in his own words, in that telephone conversation.

He's toast PUSSY LIPS! He's headed to the showers- where if you drop your soap- you don't dare bend over to pick it up! :laugh:

:eek2: I missed that. Ginni should be tried for treason. And I don't believe Clarence's stories that he's not all up in her biznatch.

That would be my thought. I heard something about every one of the fake electors stating that they did nothing wrong, or illegal.

I'm guessing that all the prosecution is looking for is the name(s) of those who put them up to it?

I'm thinking Lady G is a tad worried right now.

Minor crimes? They were involved in an attempt to overthrow a fair and honest election and put Trump,the loser, back in office. That is a huge crime. They were part of a larger plot too. It is not useless at all. It will pull Meadows and other rightys into court when it ends.
