In late 2021 the news came out that Trump had taken a box containing classified documents and National Archives had asked for them back.

It was not big news, a side story. It was not until it came out that had refused to return documents that the FBI knew he had, that it became a huge scandal and national news. It was years later that a Special Counsel was appointed.




Biden is being treat much worse than Trump, and only did what was not even national news when it was thought that was all Trump had done.

First, they would have to have some reason to suspect Biden did not turn over all the documents.

Second, they would have to send a letter requesting nicely, the documents be returned.

Third, Biden would have to refuse to turn over documents that the FBI knew he had.

Fourth, the FBI would have to subpoena those documents

Fifth, Biden would then have to refuse to comply with the subpoena…

Then, and only then, would the FBI be treating the two different presidents equally.
Then, and only then with the situation be the same.


But apparently, Biden has already turned over all the documents

First, they would have to not be a Stasi arm of the Democratic party.

Second, Biden is a Democrat, so that will never happen.

Did you read the thread? Biden immediately turned over what they found. What is a raid going to accomplish? Trump lied and refused to return them. The only way to retrieve them was to go get them. Trump still hid them. Trump stole a truckload and claimed they belonged to him. Are you unable to see the differences?

You do not think it is significant nobody made a big deal about Trump's situation until he refused to return the documents?
You do not think its significant the documents relating to Biden were returned right away?
You do not think its significant it took over a year to appoint a special prosecutor on Trumps case, but a week in Biden's?

So give us an example of where Biden got treated differently than Trump?

Just saying it, and I believe it exists in your biased mind, does not make it reality outside your mind. You have to provide an example. This situation with the classified docs is an example of Biden getting treated much worse than Trump.
