I asked you a simple question about whether congress had anything at all to do with the great crash and you go off on a tangent lol.

Mirror's too bright for you, I see.

I actually don't think Congress had much to do w/ the great crash. People point to Barney Frank & all that, but ultimately, the President is the steward of the economy. Bush never even attempted to be fiscally responsible. He signed every bloated spending bill, started an unnecessary $2 trillion war and his VP famously asserted that deficit spending didn't matter.

The crash should have surprised no one. You can't run a household that way, much less a country.

Now, let's move on to your views on the GOP Congress & how much they affected slow growth and stagnant wages...
 
The Dow rose steadily under all of Obama's years Trump crashed it so when the Dow goes up it's obviously an Obama thing when it goes down it's a trump thing. Simple logic really.

Comparing a country to a household is ignorant
 
Obama got a republican bush number2 recession/depression dumped in his lap from the first day...
trump got a good economy that was growing from the first day...trump gave trillions to the rich, Obama
created a economy that didn't have inflation, high interest rates, it had growth. trump will
lead us into a recession as all republican presidents do. that's a fact
