Are the Democrats trying to get Trump reelected?

no. the tense isnt important. that's just more of your made up horseshit.

Rather than listing accomplishments and goals over the last two years, you instead lean on the present tense of things "happening"...which in all honesty, feels like you're stalling.

When you manage a workforce and someone constantly tells you "things are happening", but doesn't give you a clear idea on what and how that will transpire, you begin to think that person is stalling for self-preservation.

That's the feeling I get when I read your posts.

do you have a link to your alleged fact that globalism isn't reversible?

We've had a globalized economy for a long, long time...centuries, even, if you're figuring things like the Dutch East India Company as globalist business.

The internet has connected the world, and there's no way you can put that genie back in the bottle.

Furthermore, what does reversed globalism look like? No international corporations? No importing or exporting? Every country just holds its resources for its own population? Is that what you mean by "anti-globalism"? Or is this going to be a figurative thing that you shift around within the parameters?

that's just a lie you believe and repeat.

So then please, paint a picture for me what an anti-globalist policy looks like for the economy of the United States?

we're onto circling nouns now. please keep up with the class, sped.

You only speak of things you're doing in the present tense because you have no accomplishments to point to after more than two years of your "anti-globalist" globalist in the White House.

I think we could even go green if we stopped using fossil fuels to needlessly ship stuff around instead of maximizing local production.

OK, so now it's beginning to take shape...

So by anti-globalism, you envision a world in which there are no exporters or importers, where every nation simply maximizes its own internal resources for its own citizens?

I realize that, Grumpy. I am not surprised at all...because you have mentioned it often.

I am merely interested in who on the Dem side you would find more appealing than Trump. Trump may be the Republican candidate in 2020...so...who among the Dems would you prefer to him?

I honestly haven't paid much attention on the Democrat side as I have no say in who you choose to run. When you have a candidate then I will have to decide who to vote for. I'm hoping a more electable Republican challenges Trump. We will have to see.

I'd vote for a month old, moldy PBJ, before I voted Trump, or anyone one that kissed his ass. Rand Paul, I could live with. Just get someone that can actually do the job this time, and it's better. In my book, if a leader can't even delegate responsibilities, and fill the roles he tends to, he isn't a leader.

That would be nice & highly unlikely..

you should support a Dem .they are not divisive :palm:
#never Trumps need to understand the Dems are not going to compromise - and will shove their crazed agenda down our throats

Sorry sport I'm not a never Trump type. True I don't like Trump but if the Dems run someone like Hillary or a clown I will vote Trump again. That pal is called free thinking.

I have no say in the Democratic choice either, Grumpy. I am a registered Independent. I cannot vote in the primary.

I also hope someone other than Trump is the Republican candidate.

My favorite for the Democratic candidate is not even running. He is the former mayor of New Orleans, Mitch Landrieu.

"is being"

"are noticing"

Notice how everything is in the present tense, currently happening? Nothing achieved, just things perpetually in the works...

It's an artificial and deliberate goalpost that will continually be shifted.

Oh? They are going to claim that Donald Trump has appointed over 400 bat-shit-crazy Right-Wing judges- like the one that just let Manafart get by with murder.

And their claim to fame is Trump appointing a Perverted Right Wing judge, much like himself- Mr. Pussy grabber on the Supreme Court!

Oh, and Trump's Tax Plan! You know the tax plan that gave a way billions of dollars of the hardest working American's taxes they paid, to the richest billionaire's in the country- like himself who made millions of dollars off the deal personally.

Oh and then there was that Moscow Trump Tower negotiation thing in exchange for Quid Pro Quo and easing of sanctions, and the Wikileaks thingy in exchange for Quid Pro Quo and the behind closed doors deal with the Arabs to make himself and his daughter richer, and deals with the Israelis in exchange for financial help as well in exchange for moving their capitol to Jerusalem!

Donald Trump seems to be lining his pockets on every deal so far!

Trump isn't divisive; he is combative. The derision and division is owned by the Democratic Party of the Jackass.

I am curious why you would want another milk-toast candidate who cowers to the media and Democratic ass clowns?

Trumps combativeness has really been successful hasn't it. I want a president like Reagan. A man who can bring both sides togeather.

Would you vote for Bernie Sanders if he was the Democratic nominee?

That is a great sentiment but where do you get the notion that democrats want to come together?

Stop using left wing tropes

Bringing both sides together is a left wing euphemism for republicans caving.
