Are the Democrats trying to get Trump reelected?

yeah. political irrelevance. hating trump isnt a vision. "you will just have to accept the new world order" is equally uninspiring.

funny you mention "new world order"

I believe Trump stopped it dead in it's tracks.

I think Obama had started it with his appeasement to terror, and his sleeping with big corporation
Hillary was the next step, the media was not only complacent in this but aiding in.

I honestly believe with all of the Christian beginnings associated with the greatest country on earth, God himself put Trump where he was, when he was.

It's statements like these that end up coming back to haunt you.

Thanks for burning your own lifeboat.

If God wanted a serial adulterer and tax cheat to be President, then God is probably not God, but something else.

You've only been convinced that by Russian-led propaganda and a reality TV show host.

You're a fucking sucker and I think you're too scared to admit it because you know the implications of doing so.

you dont know me. I was anti globalist before trump. im not a republican. I didnt even vote, honestly, but i was happy trump won, just because he talked about bad trade deals, as did bernie. for hillary of course "tpp is the gold standard".

God realizes man is not perfect, no man,
that's why he sacrificed his son, for our sins.

but he works in mysterious ways, he played a major role in what greatness this Christian nation has become , the beacon to the world with the power to save humanity if need be.
He came down and laid his hand on this great nation, again, in 2016.
Fear Not for it is I who will always be there for you when things seem most helpless.

OK, maybe I misjudged you...maybe I should cut you a break.

I get how angry and upset globalism has made you; you think you see a world where no-good foreigners are taking the jobs you think are rightfully yours, as they trade your personal comfort and economic security to increase corporate profits. I know that makes you angry because it also makes me angry. However, that is not what is actually happening today. Today, AI, robots, and automation are the things taking your rightful job from you. Rather than shut off and isolate yourself, you should be doing the opposite; leading the drive of globalization, that way you can control it. But simply being anti-globalist is not a viable or workable or realistic position to have, so you're setting yourself up for perpetual disappointment. You need to accept that we live in a globalized economy, and for it to not take advantage of you, there needs to be a strong government that protects you by adapting to globalization instead of working against it. Because when you pull back, someone else is going to step in to fill the void your isolation creates. That's why TPP was so important, and why we fucked ourselves by pulling out of it; those member nations looked to the US to serve as the leverage for them to negotiate deals with more economically-powerful countries like China. Chile negotiating a trade deal with China, while having the US supporting it as a TPP member nation, gives Chile the leverage they need to secure a better deal for their economy than if they had to go 1:1 with China.

Trade deals aren't as simplistic as Trump and Conservatives want you to think.

If Bernie was the Democratic nominee, would you vote for him over Trump?

yeah im against the "rise of the machines" too.

it is no where set in stone that we must destroy humanity with world empire and robots. these are just bad ideas pushed by deranged oligarch puppets, which normal people reject.

Simply being against it isn't a viable position to have or take. It's going to happen regardless of your feelings or Trump's promises. Better to be mature and anticipate the change than be juvenile and screech against it, no?

t is no where set in stone that we must destroy humanity with world empire and robots. these are just bad ideas pushed by deranged oligarch puppets, which normal people reject.

I don't understand why you have to go to such hyperbolic, polar extremes when you debate. It's completely pointless, bad faith, and wastes good will.

Humanity is not going to be destroyed by globalization or robots.

And pouting about how the global economy has changed faster than you're comfortable with, does nothing other than waste oxygen.

Now that I can buy Trump is America first which I agree with. Obama and his world apology tour was disgraceful.

it is a viable position, and we're winning. have you noticed the antiglobalists taking over europe. I know you call it racism and ignorance, but you only fool yourself with your propaganda.

it is a viable position

No it's not. It's unrealistic and lacks wisdom.

and we're winning

There's that present tense again..."we are winning". Why haven't you "won"? It's been two years now.

"We are winning" is a hedge in the present tense because you have nothing you've actually "won", only false promises that "we are winning".

We're not winning shit. $12B bailout for farmers because of your losing is proof that we're not "winning" anything.

have you noticed the antiglobalists taking over europe

They haven't taken over anything, and being a loudmouth racist bigot is not being antiglobalist, it's being fascist.

Secondly, there's that present tense hedge again..."taking". Not "took", but rather "taking". So once again, you haven't accomplished anything, you've just made promises about what you will do. At some point, present tense becomes past tense, and presently, you have not accomplished a thing. That's why you're speaking only in present terms like "we are" or "is happening".

Sounds like when a researcher is late in getting their feedback to me and tells me that they're "working on it". That doesn't fill me with confidence when I hear someone hedge like that. So I don't know why it's acceptable to you. Wait - I know why...because of your inherent bias.

Your inherent bias makes allowances for present-tense assurances as opposed to past-tense accomplishments. You just keep putting the accomplishments off and off and off until it's January 2021 and Trump's gone, and you have nothing to show for it other than an election loss.

I know you call it racism and ignorance, but you only fool yourself with your propaganda.

It's more insidious because it's fascism.

I wouldn't get too comfortable, fascism has a short shelf-life.

Nope never said nor implied any such thing. But it's clear Pelosi and Trump do not understand the term negotiation.

Trump wrote the best selling book on negotiation. Maybe you should pick it up sometime and learn what it means?

So you were taught that the founding fathers designed a dysfunctional form of government like they had in England. Funny I was taught that the founding fathers designed a system of government that protected not only personal but state rights with safeguards from preventing an overpowering national government.

How was the government in England dysfunctional? They had a KING! Let get my crayons out; you're not getting it. If you wanted Government to work, you would not have a Senate and a House and a President that signs things into law or vetoes things. You would just have a legislature that is beholding to the President and never have to worry about debate. The founders idea was to limit the Federal Governments power and to make legislation a long and deliberative process. It isn't designed to get shit passed. Is that easier to follow?

The founders distrusted a centralized powerful government which is why it is designed to make it difficult to pass legislation. That is why I always have to laugh when morons argue that the Congress is not getting enough done. We don't want them to.

:smh:

You are joking right? You honesty believe our system of government was designed to be dysfunctional. I hate to tell you but the separation of powers was designed so that one branch of government was not more powerful than the others. It's called checks and balances.

The legislature contains a House and a Senate. Both function in entirely different ways. Both require a lot of deliberation in order to get anything done. It is a messy process. Then after all that, the President can veto their shit and send it back to them for more deliberation. If they had wanted something to work easily, they could have designed an autocracy.

You normally have some good points but on this you are way out in left field.

I always have good points; I just need you to follow the logic through. ;)

Bush the elder talked about the New World Order. So no.
Then PNAC was the blueprint for it. It was a military creation.

Anyone who thinks like a good, patriotic American. You know, someone who thinks America should ALWAYS be #1, not #131. ;)

Except when it comes to health care and education. Then it's OK for the US to rank below countries like Estonia because SOSHILIZM!!!!!

No, Obama did that and Trump is riding his coattails.

Also, only 20,000 jobs were created last month.

Get the government out of both and we'd be just fine. Bet that never occurred to you nanny statists, did it.
