Sadly, yes. We had two candidates who split the dem vote, and in a county that's roughly 60/40 repub/dem, even with the two repubs splitting the vote, the top dem couldn't get into the top two.

It's very red out here where I live...

Well, really, outside of a "hate crime", how does black racism impact you? I'll wait. This ought to be good.
Black people, for the most part, are not in most positions of authority and/or power, and therefore, their impact on white individuals or white society is minimal, at best.
Whereas white people control finances, courts, laws, housing, wages, and most anything that directly impacts minorities.
So, as I alluded to, a black racist cannot impact you any more than calling you a name, rolling their eyes, or charging you up, which would be categorized "a hate crime".

Well, think about it. Folks can be racist, all day long, 24/7/365, as long as it doesn't impact me. That's what freedom is about, expressed in that sundry document called...hmmmm, let's see, what's it called? Oh, yeah, The Constitution. It's not against the law to be racist. But you already know that. Up close, and personal.

After reading the posts on here, there is no doubt that liberals are the most tolerant people on Earth, unless you happen to disagree with them on anything, or can think for yourself, lol. Wow you people are the biggest hypocrites on the face of this universe. Rednecks Bible thumpers, Tea baggers, angry white rural people just step back and see the names you call and tell me how tolerant you are again.

We're no more or less tolerant than the next guy or gal. I have no idea what you're trying to say, using tolerance as a litmus test? For what?
