13 year old girls are working 16 hour days for 70 cents an hour in China. There is no minimum wage there, so yes the price will possibly double, or the quality will go down and there will be more unemployed whores in China

According to China that would hurt Apple massively in terms of iPhone sales in China. That's a different issue than the cost associated with bringing production back to the U.S. and the cost of phones here.

I hope Apple doesn't. They shouldn't serve trump like that. I'd pay double for an iPhone to keep production out of America until the fascist occupation regime has vacated Washington.

Surprised there aren't more responses to the basic theme here. Would you be willing to pay double for your iPhone if it were made in the states. Of course this applies to more than just the iPhone in terms of bringing production back.

I can't see how Apple can bring production to the US, Foxconn is a huge operation with over 1.2 million employees on the payroll.
