Dude. What's driving home and rent is demand. If people are willing to pay it, sellers and renters will charge it. The median price for a new home in Seattle proper now is close to $1 million. That's why I'm moving to TX in a few months. I can afford a home there, and plus they need me there.

How's he doing this? Biden hiked duties on Canadian lumber up from 9 to 20% increasing the cost of lumber substantially. HUD has increased subsidies for "affordable" housing but only multi-unit (aka apartments) development, particularly 2-4 unit developments (eg., duplexes and small four-plexes).

Then he twisted the screws on trying to eliminate "exclusionary zoning" that favored single-family homes.

Whether intended or not, the Joke administration is turning hundreds of thousands of Americans into permanent renters rather than owners building equity. The result will be a further increase in the wealth gap between the rich and everybody else.

Wait a minute, you are collating two different narratives, the Administration is proposing offering tax credits to locales that alter zoning law revisions that allow multi units under six apartments to be built in areas currently restricted to single family use.

So when you started talking about building a trailer park in Florida I thought that was unusual, because in all the new stories I've seen about hurricanes in the south the trailer parks are the first thing to be eviscerated by the wind. When a MAGA maggot open their mouth it is a lie or distortion all the time., never the truth, This country raise the duty on Canadian lumber because they were dumping it in the US , How could they do that and still actually make more money. Works every time if the Canadian government subsidizes the lumber industry and the mills also.Just take it for granted if it is from the mouth of a MAGA Maggot just ignore , it is a lie or distortion.
